Frequently asked questions

Do I need money or perfect credit to do this?

No. Seller financing means the seller participates in funding the deal instead of you needing a big bank loan and a big down payment. There are multiple ways to structure it, and part of the program is learning which structure fits your situation and the seller's.

How do you get paid to buy a property?

When a deal is structured correctly, more money can come in at closing than the purchase actually requires, and the difference goes to you. It does not happen on every deal, but knowing how to create it is the skill. That structure is the heart of what I teach inside the Accelerator.

What is the investment?

The Accelerator is a five-figure program, and payment plans are available. One properly structured deal can return the investment before you finish the program.

How long is the program?

Your core program is a four-month sprint: learn the system, make real offers, get a deal under contract with my team working alongside you. After that, your membership continues at $199 a month so you keep the community, the office hours, and the deal support for as long as you are building. You can cancel anytime after your four months.

How much time does it take?

Plan on 3 to 5 focused hours a week. The course is self-paced, office hours are live and recorded, and my team carries the transaction work with you, which is where most beginners burn their time.

What should I expect from the program?

Expect a system, not a hype session. Scripts you will actually say to sellers, deal structures reviewed line by line, and lenders who already understand creative financing. Expect to be pushed to make offers.
